Maintain focus and manage time by "parking" questions until the end of a meeting.
Some people may not feel comfortable asking questions in front of others, or some questions that participants pose are off-topic.
(1) On a whiteboard or wall, set up place for a “Parking Lot” before the meeting.
(2) Make sure you have enough Post-it notes, and pens, in the room.
(3) Encourage participants to write down any questions they have during the meeting on a Post-it note (one question per Post-it), and stick them on the "parking lot" space.
(4) Remember to address the questions at the end of the meeting.
